Never before have I come accross a company that cares as little as ABSA insurance company.
We submitted a claim in September and to date have not received any feedback. When I call I get an answering machine and is kept on hold for more than 30 minutes after which I give up and put the phone down. This is probably a way to deter clients from claiming. It is pathetic and I will be addressing this to the headquarters Barkleys too.
