No feedback or action on my claim

Claim Number 2507953.

The rain and Hail damage was reported on the 19th of December 2013 to ABSA insurance department. After may phone calls a repair company was allocated by ABSA on the 10th of January. The repair company submitted a quote on the 13 th of January 2014.

To date I had no feedback om my claim, and after may phone calls i still have no feed back

I need the claim to be finalized and the damaged to my property repaired
