I've claimed for damage to my property 19 Dec 2013, to date it has been impossible to get hold of ABSA. It is impossible to get hold the dept. handling the claims, strangely you can get their messaging dept. who will gladly take down your details for somebody to call back. But NOBODY calls back.

We requested for phone no of the person in charge and was give 011 5018513 to call. No one answers this no.

I am now really frustrated. Is this ABSA's way of frustrating the clients to the point that they abandon their claim.
