I would like to get feedback on my claim please, the reference number is 2464466.
It's been almost over 6 weeks that this claim has NOT been finalized and I'm really disappointed with the poor level of service from ABSA.
I've been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone at your office. I would call your office and wait for minutes at a time and then the call would just get dropped.
It's been communicated to me that ABSA will payout a lump sum of cash so that I can get my electric fence energizer fixed. My gate motor has been fixed only 3 weeks after I've logged the claim with you.
