Standard bank going forward, leaving me behind

I have had two problems with Standard in the last month. First problem: Last week I bought R350 electricity voucher with the cellphone app. I never got the voucher. I contacted them via e-mail but they didnt respond. At long last someone on their Facebook page told me to phone 086123000. What a nightmare. I had over R50 airtime on my phone. I held on listening to music that when someone answered I ran out of airtime before I could explain my problem. Still no electricity and no more phone airtime. Second problem comes a long time. Standard bank does not allow their clients to use a debit card in a store if you want to buy for more than R1999. They say you must have a cheque card for that, but they don't want to give me one since I'm on debt counselling. The same person on Facebook told me the client can choose his swipe limit. But according to Nelspruit and Hazyview branch you can not. You can actually take R5000 from an ATM in a back alley full of robbers and gangsters, but you are not allowed to buy for R2300 at Makro, where I also lost u-rewards for not being able to swipe my card - that's why I subscribed to U-Rewards! The just don't reply on e-mails for assistance.
