Prepaid electricity bought on mobile banking

I am a client of standard bank and cellphone banking was activated on my phone for the reason to do my banking on and to buy prepaid electricity from it. The reason for my complaint is that I have log in numerous times to get prepaid electricity and some times it works and sometimes it doesn't, so today 5 sept 2013 @ 21:55 I went into my mobile banking to download electricity and once again I got the error msg stated that there is a problem with the electricity voucher and when this happens money is taken out of my account happen money is taken off my acount. If I calculate all this money its over 300 rand in total. I went to a branch and they let me spoke to a guy and he logged a call, the voucher that was given to me via sms was aleady been used. This is not on. I just decided tonight I will not use this service of standard bank again, they are yourself everytime.
