I received an SMS instructing me that I have to phone Attorneys to sort out my account. I phoned and I was told I have a card account that was outstanding with Nedbank. I indicated that I don't have such an account with Nedbank. I was instructed to send affidavits and signatures including copies of my ID. I did, it was quiet for more than 12 months and today I 'm receiving same SMSs talking the same story. My question is that when did I apply for the card? and when did I collect it and where? and if so why there was no communication and the only thing I get is an SMS? How was the checks done? I'm so disappointed that a bank who is perceived to be a big bank can continue to send me SMS claiming that I own them money for a card that was never issued to me. I need NEDBANK to sort this issue as soon as possible. I can not stand the humiliation they posed to me.
