Too much trouble for nobody to listen

I have 2 existing loans with African bank. I have changed jobs and bank accounts, I've had to change my details and debit orders with all the companies I owe dues to. However African Bank makes it the biggest mission, where I'm required 2 fax proof of everything to validate the changes. I received and sms this month saying they will be debiting me the 13 DEC 2013. I immediatley called and told them itd be impossible to have money by then, I arranged for them to debit me the 23rd this month and then my debit order date would go back 2 normal. I called on the 9th dec, I spoke to caroline, and I phoned around 10:54 am. The recording should be easier to find so u can hear how I repeated and confirmed the arrangement over n over. I've been debited this morning, and ofcourse its bounced. Its not the 1st time I make a mission to arrange things properly and they still go back on their word, giving ME negatives on my credit history. I've had enough!
