What happened? Wow where do I begin..
Firstly.. I would like to thank Standard Bank for treating me WAY better then FNB and I am barely even a customer of Standard Bank and I am a PLATINUM customer of FNB! Standard Bank has done WAY more for me.. THANK YOU STANDARD BANK :) Standard Bank gives me R33 000 LIMIT credit card... FNB give me R11 700 and refuse to up it.. Standard Bank gives me TWO car loans... FNB refuses BOTH of them.
Next... I cancel my credit card... FNB try their best to bribe me to keep it and eventually agree to cancel it and promise me in 2 weeks that the card will be cancelled... Guess what? CARD STILL ACTIVE one month later and still being charged monthly fees!!! Does anyone see what FNB did there? ;)...
NEXT... When i upgraded to Platinum my eBuck earning rewards stopped for months.. I phoned FNB and they said that they found the problem and that they would refund me for the ebucks i didn't get and someone will get in contact with me.. and they promised me from there on I wouldn't have a problem receiving ebucks... well... NO PHONE CALL... NO REFUND... STILL NOT GETTING EBUCKS!!!
SO FNB... WHY SHOULD'T I SWITCH OVER TO STANDARD BANK???
