Earlier this year I was informed that I would receive my Bucks back Bonus in 2014, for not claiming in 4 years. Today I called to ask exactly what the amount is and when I would be paid out. Then they informed me that there was a late payment and the bonus was restarted to 2017! Even after the account was caught up after. This happened because our salaries was paid late and thus a payment was late.
Really bog your head around this, I have recently been retrenched, so I was depending on this! I have always been a loyal customer with TWO ACCOUNTS! Just because of one small hiccup (which was shortly rectified) you nail met to the wall. Now you are forcing me to close both accounts.
