After receiving the annual increase letter indicating that my monthly premiums would increase on 01/08/13, I called the Call Centre to enquire about cancelling the policy and about the cash back bonus. I was assured by Nontando Shembe on 01/08/13 that the bonus would not be affected if I cancel the policy on 31/08/13, as it would amount to 4 claim-free years. I was advised that I should expect the payment by 10/09/13. No payment was made and on 11/09/13 I spoke to Sipho, who again assured me that the payment would be made within 3 working days. A week has passed and still no payment. I spoke to Nisham today who now advised that his manager, who is never available to speak to customers, confirmed logging a "fault" but has not followed up as to why the payment was not made.
I would like to know when the payment will be made or alternatively speak to your Managing Director.
