Since opening my FNB account I have not earned any E Bucks on my account. I have queried this on numerous occasions with the branch. They had informed me that my account was earning E Bucks.
Earlier this week, I was informed by an online consultant that my accounts was in fact not earning ebucks due to a marketing tick box which was not ticked. I was not made aware of this on my previous visits in store.
I want to have my E Bucks earning backdated and credited to me.

I have thus not earned any E Bucks on my cheque card since opening the account!!!
