On 23 April 2013, Wesley Jephtha went the extra mile to find me an answer for why my Bucks Back Bonus was not paid out. After NUMEROUS previous calls and no logical answers, Wesley really listened to me, discussed the matter with his manager and came back to me in no time. He agreed that the bonus should have been paid out and the mistake was immediately rectified. A job well done!
