I have been a client with Dial Direct for 3 years now... next year i will be due for my cash back bonus... due to unforeseen circumstances i skipped 2 payments i had a valid reason for skipping and they refuse to give me my cash back bonus... i have to pay another 3 years before i can get it... i have never claimed from them paid on time just this year things were bad for me now i have to suffer... i am not happy with this
