I just have an issue around our current claim.

My wife had no way to avoid the accident.
It was caused by someone crashing into our car while she was driving along normally.
I am now losing out on the Bucks back bonus... as well as paying the excess (R2375)

I am not overly happy about this. What is the point of being careful if we are going to lose out due to other peoples mistakes?
What is the point of the marketing around the Bucks back? If it is going to be almost impossible to ever get this?
We had no say in whether they broke into our house or not. We moved to a safer area and had no breakings for about 3 years...
Almost tasted the Bucks back bonus.
Now this...

What guarantees do we have that you are even going to bother trying to claim the excess back from the person who crashed into us?
And then... if you get the money back, how do we know it? What is the process? How do I know what have been done about this?
Have you even started to contact her insurance?
I have tried to get these answers via e-mail but, you have been ignoring me for about 2 weeks now?
