I called into change address and consultant issued a new policy which was abit cheaper, however, I would have lost my bucks back bonus should I have to cancel. I called through to cancel but Brent who was so efficient and vigilant managed to save my bucks back bonus by keeping me active on dial direct policy with a lower premium.
