I made an enquiry about my bucks back bonus to find out when it will be paid out according to my records it is due 2013. With my enquiry the person who I spoke to about 3 months ago told me that the bonus is moved to 2014 because of a claim I have submitted. To my knowledge I did not receive any pay-out of any claims. She informed me it because of a claim registered for a cell phone. When I submitted the claim for the cell phone the access amount was R700 and I decided to cancel the claim because I could buy a phone for the access amount I had to pay. NO PAYOUT WAS MADE TO ME. They said that the buck back bonus will be sent to management and reset to be paid out in Aug 2013. After numerous enquiries to find out what happened they responded that there was a claim and it was paid out. THATS NOT THE CASE!! No feedback till to day!! If they treat a valued customer that has a good track record and does not consider to reset the pay-out, on what grounds does they value their customers!! I INSIST THAT THEY CONSIDER THE PAYOUT ACCOURDING TO MY GOOD TRACK RECORD!! I AM NOT HAPPY IN THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AS A VALUED CUSTORMER!! HOW LONG DOES MANAGEMENT NEED TO MAKE A DECISSION???
