My vehicle was involved in a accident in July this year and I still don't have it back. Its disgusting to deal with outsurance staff that cannot give you correct information or make a decision. I only get empty promises and from them. If outsurance claim to be that efficient and spend thousands of rands on advertising how good there service is then maybe one of there senior managers should read this and practice what there company values are. I been I loyal client of outsurance for the past ten years claim free and will never recommend anyone to them because of their pathetic service.
