My account was settled in September this year. I have received a letter stating the account is paid up and itc will be updated. This account is still reflecting as in arrears at Compuscan credit bureau.. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Nicholas from your collections department and was advised there is status 802 flag on my account. Can this flag be pleased removed and status of account updated at Compuscan urgently.. Kindly confirm via email.
