I requested a free credit report from Compuscan which I received on the 21/08/2013. I sent an email on the same day advising that I would like to dispute the debt review status on my record and sent all the necesssary documentation same day. I was advised that there is a 20 day working day period to resolve such queries.
On the 23/08/2013 I sent an email to Lizelle Jacobs requesting feedback because I did not receive any communication acknowledging my dispute or that my email was received. She advised that the dispute is still under investigation and I will be notified once the dispute is closed.
I sent an email to Lizelle on the 19/09/2013 and copied disputes@compuscan in requesting feedback and to date have not received an email, call or anything from Compuscan with the outcome.
I am really disgusted with the service I have received from this bureau. Transunion did not take half the time Compuscan did to give me feedback. If I had a choice, I would not deal with Compuscan EVER! All I want is my updated credit report showing that the dispute has been resolved or a letter confirming this. Is this too much to ask?
