Resolved my issue in minutes

After being ping ponged around the call centre and made to phone various other suppliers and banks - wasting 2 hours of my day - finally when I called in Phume answered and reversed the unauthorised debit order that had gone off my account within minutes. What a relief that Nedbank has at least one efficient person in their call centre.
