BAD ATTITUDE

Good Morning

I have a loan with African Bank which has been in arrears for quite sometime., the account lately has been paid
quite well but not updated on ITC, the account will be settled in full end of this month but i still need my status to be updated on ITC to show the remaining balance and my current payment history.

I have called African Bank s legal team to ask them to update this, and was told that its not their duty but the customer's duty to update their status on ITC, when has this become my duty as a client to update my credit record on ITC on a monthly basis.

I need my status to be updated as current status, this is really not acceptable.
