Credit profile not updated

I paid up and closed my edgars account in April. On the 29th April they sent me a letter confirming that the account has been settled and that they would sent through the details to the credit bureaus TO have my status updated, however this has not been done. Profile still shows that I'm in arrears with my account. I want my status updated. They need to send me proof that this has been done
