I want to inquire about my credit status. I logged into the credit bureau [URL Removed] and I found out that my credit status still state that I owe an account. Over the month of December 2012, I payed and settled my account with DUNNS/tenacity/creditworx. why is it that my name it is not cleared on the credit bureau after I was told that it only takes 21 day to change my credit status?
why has not creditworx working on behalf of DUNNS store updated my credit status after they said they would?
