ITC Status Update

Hi,

I have settled and paid up my account on 1 November 2013, through African Bank attorneys, and up until today the my itc status is not updated and the adverse on my account is still not removed, I am really not happy with that kind of service.

It also took them 60 days just to furnish me withe the paid up letter.
