I need paid letter & update correct account status

My credit card was settled with STD Bank in January 2012. I then contact Bonisile Khoza via email in October 2012 to send me a paid up letter and also to update the correct payment and account status with relevant bureau services. I've received recent credit report on the 9 April 2013 from Experian and noted that STD Bank credit card is still reflecting open or current account.

I request STD Bank credit card division to provide me with the paid up letter and to update the correct payment and account status with relevant bureau services as account closed/paid up.
