Unable to Reverse Transaction on time

So Absa have done it again. Very very disappointed. Today I made 2 transactions and needed to reverse them and they did not help me at all. I called Absa Online and they say I have to email [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] but no email has been sent back. Not even a confirmation email. I'm really considering leaving this bank after the way they have treated me
