I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 1st of November 2013 requesting my tax certificate. Few minutes later I received an email to include my account numbers and not just my ID number. I responded bank with the account numbers. I am yet to receive response on whether I will be assisted or not. Yesterday I sent another email and still no luck.

I am disappointed and appalled in ABSA, as I requested my tax certificates from the other banks in the same manner (via email) and the response was prompt.

What happened to good service I thought competion was tight between banks that each bank pride themselves with providing better service than the others. ABSA this tottaly unacceptable.
