I sent an email to Absa to cancel two policies that I have with them on the 30th of July`13 [Email Removed] ; [Email Removed] ABSA continued to debit my accounts & I sent another email on the 4th of Nov`13 & also phoned the call centre to cancel & refund me but nothing has been done up until today. The call centre agents told me that they ackwoledge that they have been debiting my account but I have to get a bank statement to proof that they have deducted from my account. Please assist me to get the debit orders cancelled & my money to be refunded.
