Incorrect Transfe

On the 24 December I wanted to transfer funds to my credit card but instead I transferred it to my Revolving credit. I then went into ABSA bank in Gansbaai to reverse the transactions. The Branch manager called about 10 different people and at the end of the day he could not help me...

I also called ABSA and they advised me to send an email to [Email Removed] After about 2 days they came back to me and said I must go into an ABSA branch to reverse the transaction...

On the 27 December I went into N1 City ABSA bank and they also couldn't help me...

What must I do to get my money back???
