Logged a complaint on tuesday 29/01/2013, standard bank told me there turn around time is 8 working days, I told them I cannot wait that long, they then said someone will get back to me on wednesday. Today i called again they told me the lady working on my complaint would call me back as she was on the phone, I called back 2 hrs later only to be told that now she is on lunch and she would call me back at 3pm, I am still waiting for the call.
