Delay of statement request on my savings account

Hi ABSA, I send an email last week to [Email Removed] to request my archived statement for period 01 March 2010 - February 2012, a consultant that I spoke with told me it would take 3 to 4 days to get my request. I followed up my request with a call today, but the person i spoke to was unable to assist as said i must wait for more days which he was unsure. My reference number for my request is EC: EE61E650, i was kindly asking for ABSA to assist as I need to use this statement for my tax returns..my email address is [Email Removed]
