I have been dealing with bad service at Onplan Medical Insurance, Last Month I decided to cancel my Policy with them. Before I send this to News paper and Radio stations of South Africa, I want my full refunds. I never use the Medical Aid since the day receive the card. They have deducted my money twice this month. I'm sick and tired of this so please guys, Can you take this matter to a superior person. And My contact details are 0825427246. Below it is the only response I got from Oneplan medical insurance. I would like to have a number that I can contact to this company, besides the number 010 0010141 or 0861 872273, I never got trough to these numbers. Oneplan deducted this month R870, 00
