ABSA staff not responding on emails and request

I am writing this on behalf of Amanda Breedt who is fully aware of this.
In brief
o During beginning of January 2013 she had geyser troubles at her house, which was "repaired" by a contractor "Wessac', instructed by ABSA.
o The house has a flat roof and said contractor 'placed" it on the roof, hammered holes into the roof and connected the pipes, with no protection against winter or securing the geyser.
o Amanda was not happy and after weeks and many phone calls and emails, she had to get a different contractor to do the job to her satisfaction.
o We wrote several emails to ABSA and to date the whole issue have been ignored on what to be done with the holes in the roof and what is covered or not on the insurance.
o All emails are available on request.
