FNB refuse to give me access to my prepaid funds

I was approved for a flexibond account 8 years ago and now I am decline access to available prepaid funds in my home loan account because "because of delayed payments on the credit card seven years ago", which I am still paying off on agreed monthly terms, having not missed the paymentt. No1 seems to know how to resolve this. At the Vincent branch the assistant was loud such every one in branch know my challenge.
Last week I was promised that a consultant will phone me and the forms are being emailed at that moment, I have neither received the email nor a phone call from the consultant. FNB is holding my money illegally. I regret the day I openned an account there but I guess it is now too late to switch over.
