Or what? i dont trust FNB anymore

Last month I received an SMS saying that they are aware that my account is a duplicate and the matter will be resolved, I didn't take it serious up until this morning.i recieved a notification at 7am saying a POS purchased at score store in protea G from my account Guess what at that moment my card is in my purse and im the only 1 who knows the Pin.how on earth does this happen im puzzled and off, went to the branch to report this had to cancel my appointments when I got there seriously my money was gone and the consultant say she can't explain or does not know how it could have happened and what surprises me more is that the purchase was more than the balance on my account but it was successful.my card got cancelled and now I don't have access to my hard earned money because I need to wait for a card that will be delivered sometime next week, the consultant said I can't even access the money on my savings account nor reset my internet banking pin that has been accidentally blocked by me due to stress.what is happening with fnb how can they do this to me been the loyal client for more then 10 years how am I gonna go to work on Monday I need my money its for fuel
