INCOMPETENT STAFF FEEDBACK

On the 4th (Saturday) May 2013 I deposited R5000 00 cash to my RCP account, hoping I will be able to access the availability on that account the next day. The following day went to the ATM the money was not cleared. On Monday the 6th May, I called your customer care lien to check for me why the funds are not cleared, and the consultant told me there is a hold on my accoutn I must go to any one of the branches and ask them to remove it. I asked her why because I'm on debit order and there was no reversal she couldnt answer me. I went to the bank and one of your consultant Hilton assisted me, he checked my account and told me it will take 48hours for the amount to clear. I tried to access the funds on Wednesday morning, still the funds were not cleared, I went back tot he branch and told Hilton, he called the ATM guys and he spoke to Dominique and she confirmed that fund s will be cleared before close of business that day, Hilton promised to follow up and he took my cell number and promised to call me back and guess what he didnt. I called the branch late afternoon to check if the matter has been resolved I was told Hilton left for the day. Fushi/the branch Manager tried to assist and
