Standard Bank Horrific service

I must say i had the most horrific experience with Standard Bank, I went to get a personal loan from Standard bank the consultant's name was Susan on Saturday 15th June. she told me the funds will be available on the same day. I ended up going to Sandton for assistance on Monday and only got funds on Wednesday, she also upgraded my account to elite and to date i have not received my card, all my debit orders have been switched and i can't even access my salary because another person at the very same branch expired my current card. Once all this has been sorted and i receive ALL my money I will be closing my account and moving to a BETTER service orientated bank. From beginning of June all the way to the end of July I've been stranded on numerous occassions and can never access my OWN money. I have been with this bank for over 4 years now and truly not happy.

My Dad also had to wait Three months for his consolidation to be approved and he has been with the bank for 20 years, all his vehicles and Bond will also be moved to another bank.

I'm done hearing I'm sorry's and quite honestly I doubt anything they say will change my attitude towards this bank.
