2 Months with NO access to my cheque account

Not so easy, or convenient or helpful...

How can we help you? They ask... well let me tell you how you can help me... TWO months ago I opened a FNB Cheque Account, Credit Card and Petrol Card.
I received the credit Card (Fine)
No news on the petrol card - who knows where or when I will get that? If ever..

My Cheque card .. I received it. GREAT! I deposited all my money into it... GREAT.. But, I cant access my money as it tells me I am not authorised to debit this account.??? I am not AUTHORISED to take MY OWN MONEY out of MY OWN ACCOUNT.

Ok - So phoned the call centre - please phone this number - please phone this number - we cant help please phone this number and so on... I dont know how much money I have wasted in telephone calls. Then last Friday I was given the Westville branch telephone number and everytime I asked to speak to the branch manager, I was kept on hold for about 10 minutes, then the call hung up.. (THREE times)

All I want is access to my account, so I can draw my funds out and go back to Standard Bank...
I thought I was making the right move.. But it has just been a very frustrating time.
