I have a loan out with ABSA, yesterday I called into the call center as I want to settle my outstanding amount
I was transfered to 3 different departments and each department told me they could not assist but promised me that the department I am getting transfered to can help. After 15 minutes I couldnt wait any longer I hung up. Today I started again and was transfered AGAIN to 3 different departments only to find out that I cant get the settlement over the phone and that I would need to go into a branch. Not only that still no one can tell me HOW I can pay this. I was pushed from pillar to post where if the first consultant told me this I would not have wasted time and money. I wanted to settle this before my next debit order ran off but thanks to ABSA another debit order ran off last night. ALL IN ALL I AM EXTREMELY UPSET BY THIS
