I recently moved to Cape Town and started my first job. I decided to change my account. I dealt with a service consultant on the 12/10, who signed me up for the account and destroyed the card for my old account. I was informed that a new account was created and that my funds should be in my new account by the next day. I asked what would happen to my internet banking profile and was just told that I need to reset my [URL Removed] the next day my old accounts balance reflects R0 and I don't have internet banking access to me new account. On Monday (14/10) I tried to buy lunch with my new card assuming my funds are through but was met with insufficient funds. I decided to sign up for internet banking with my new account and saw that there still wasn't any money in there and my old account also showed a zero balance.16/10 I decided to phone. There was a bit of back and fourth but by the end of it they got a hold of the service consultant I dealt with (A.Basson) and got her to phone me. I missed her call but she left an unapologetic message just saying "you can access your funds now". In the end, I had to link my accounts and had to do the transfer myself. Very disappointed with the way I was handled
