I bought a smart device fron FNB. My debit order date was 25Th of each month. Upon checking my statement today i noticed the balance on my device is more than last month. I asked for a statement and was told there is no statement available on smart devices..the reason my device is more is because my debit order did not go off. I.explained to call centre that my salaary date has changed and was told sorry we cannot change the debit order date. Moral of the story FNB makes money off their clients.by adding interest on their smart phones id debits dont go off... why cant they change the date of my debit? That does their add say"" HOW CAN WE HELP.YOU"" I AM.CHANGING MY BANK... THATS FOR SURE...
