Good day. I have been a client of FNB for about 4 years now. Infact I found FNB so good that I changed everything to FNB. ( Been with ABSA for 15 years) No one debit order ever fail to go through. My salary is very good. I got a smart device from you and it is paid up to date and there is only about 8 months left to pay.
There is nothing on ITC in my name.
I applied for a second smart device and it is been declined. It is not even a top of the range one. Please can you re access my application and if there is a problem please give me a detailed reason, cause I want to have a good standing with you.
