Smart Device debit erro

I have purchased the Smart device through my bank FNB in December 2012. They have started debiting TWICE from my account from March 2013 - they have linked TWO debits for only ONE DEVICE by carelessness. The debits went on and on until this date 29 July 2013. I have contacted the FNB smart device dept. from May 2013 and I have since been promised on 3 occasions that this will be corrected and that it will take only two weeks - on 3 occasions from May 2013. I have even been promised 3 times by the Premier Banking Services. that they have logged complaints on my behalf and this has been escalated to the smart device dept. manager - still NOTHING! They have told me that I cannot even go to the branch to have this sorted.

All I am getting is promises and reference numbers - I don't need that - I need service!

It's my money in this bank yet I am told I cannot do anything about this! I will NEVER ever by a smart device again from FNB or recommend anybody to even bank with them. Surely they are UNABLE to HELP! My only option to HELP myself is to bank with another bank after banking with them for 14 years. FNB has failed me BIG TIME!!
