Moving my Debit Order Date

I have phoned FNB Call centre four times now and asked to move my debit order date from the 25th of every month to the first.

Each time they tell me it will be sent to the accounting department and I will receive notification when it has been changed.

I have now been struggling for almost two months to get my Debit order date changed.

The worst customer service I have ever received when it comes to the smart device department!
