I have had a smart device with fnb for sometime almost 2 years I noticed for the past two month the debit order has been going off before the time, before I have never had a problem. I called fnb to tell them the debit order is going off before my salary goes into my account and asked how do i pay or can I transfer the money to the smart device account. The women advised no I cannot do any of the above but I can change my debit date and someone will call me from fnb. A gentlemen did call me from fnb and we ch, anged my debit date to the first of every month and he advised it can only start 1 Sept 2013. No problem glad it was sorted. Today I receive a SMS that I have been handed over for my smart device I called smart device on 0860102970 again and I spoke to someone. I explained to her that I called fnb to ask why are my payments going off before the time and I asked how can I make a payment. Fnb never called me to ask what is the problem. Why have I been handed over when she says she can see I called and my debit date was changed starting 1 Sept. I asked I want to know why she says she can't tell me I need to call the legal umber SMS to me. And she ended my call.???
