Debit order not changed as requested

On or about the 25th of April I phoned the Smart Device Call Centre to ask them to change the date of my debit order from the 25th of the month to the 1st of the month. I was told that from the 1st of June my smart device payment would be deducted by debit order on the 1st of every month as requested. I also received a telephone call confirming that my debit order would be deducted on the 1st of every month as requested.

However, on the 25th of May 2013 the amount for my smart device was deducted despite having been informed that it had been changed as per my above request.

Please guys I am asking you again, my salary only gets paid into my account on the 25th and reflects on the 26th. This is the reason why I requested that my debit order be changed to 1st of every month. PLEASE NOW DO THE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT MY ORIGINAL REQUEST IS ATTENDED TO.
