Good day sorry to write this here as fnb don't respond to the queries on their site. i have a smart device which i took out with fnb. when i took out this device i selected the 30th or 31st as debit date TODAY i received a sms saying that the debit will go off on the 25th Jan there is no money in my account though. How can you just chop and change debit dates as far as i know that is breech of contract. please can you supply me with a email address for the smart device section asap. Regards Roy
