When I took my smart device i wasnt asked when i would like the debit order to take place. Now my first debit order took place on 2013-04-25 and was reversed due to insufficient funds. I called and said I only get paid on the last day of the month (FNB already knew this) and i need my debit order to take place on the first day of the month. the lady i spoke to said she has sent the request to be processed and today i am seeing another reversal of another debit order that took place on 2013-05-25. This is a huge huge huge huge huge inconvenience for me! It affects my financial record with the bank and any major credit applications. This needs to be rectified people I cant take this anymore!!!
