Time Frame in opening online business account

On 15 March 2013 we as a business applied on line for a business account. FNB advertised how fast and effective the service and opening is. Today is 24 May 2013 and I spoke now to FNB business banking again and the account is still not active. I received the package with cards and everything in Monday 20 May 2013. Various brochures stating within 48 hours after receiving the packages activation will be completed. Again embarking on marketing and commitments which is not true

I spend almost an hour yesterday on the phone with business banking without success, frustrated I went to the FNB Wilkoppies branch in Klerksdorp looking for assistance. They engaged with Business banking and spoke to someone namely Fulufhelo. The consultant with FNB branch said that the account will be active yesterday the 23rd May 2013.

Bottom line, the account neither any card after 3 months is still not active. If by 13:00 this afternoon the account is not active please close everything and remove our business profile. We had to make use of alternative account for this period already. We will than open another with Nedbank.

Do not phone me just fix the problem or stop the process and waisting time.
